Let’s do some positive pageant maths ✨ If, for example, you came 10th in a round… There may be 1 point between each girl, making you 10 points behind the winner. If there are 5 judges, this means you may have only been scored TWO POINTS lower by each judge. The first @stillsheroseorg event raised $275 for the organisation! Still She Rose is a wellness program for leaders, women and teens in the pageant industry. Funded by the B4ACUSA Foundation, wellness program initiatives are open to all pageant community members. The ROSE is symbolic of the spirit that grows within each of us when proper care and attention is applied. Together, we can encourage wellness through self care, positive body image, renewed self esteem and affirmation of one’s identity beyond pageantry. We aim to engage in a conversation of support, honesty, reflection and awareness, in order to promote wellness as the foundation of the pageant industry. As someone who struggled with anxiety in my early twenties, I’m no stranger to the battles we may all face with our mental health. This organisation is just one element of my support to empower through education and make sure people are equipped with the tools they need to succeed.
