One of the many reasons why we are dealing with so many chronic disease is because of the overload of toxic exposures on our bodies! This is much more dangerous in children who have smaller body mass and immature liver and kidneys which are part of the detox process. Pure sweetness! ✨ My one and only is turning 4 tomorrow and it’s hard to imagine he was once this tiny! I know in motherhood it’s often said that time flies and that they grow up so fast. Yes, it’s so true! But what I was not prepared for is the raw bittersweet feeling of being so grateful and happy to see your child growing and evolving and at the same time feeling so sad that you have to say goodbye to all these little versions of them along the way. It's not uncommon for expecting Mama's to feel....not their best selves. Often we hear that Pregnancy is magical, a blessing, a time of beautiful changes. And while all of that is true, all women experience pregnancy in their unique way, and it comes with a LOT of changes that can leave you feeling less than photogenic.
