Well, this nice piece of gear, the GR-1 from @tastychips_synth is just awesome! And no, this is not Advertisment and it’s not paid, it’s just a nerdy post 🥸 . This Synthesizer is not doing much, but what it does, it does great: Granular Synthesis!🪄 . Playing around with the GR-1 can get really hypnotic and you drift off into other spheres easily🌌 Combined with some effects it will provide awesome ambient textures or even rhythmic patterns using really short grain sizes. Artwork is almost done… 😇 . To not get bored, I bought a #DFAM from @moogsynthesizers and had to use it in an actual song 🎵 . Almost every melody-related stuff is recorded with the #Subharmonicon in several takes. Hits and One-Shots are from fieldrecordings, as well as parts of the HiHats 🎙 . Playing live is the DFAM and a little sequence on top from the Subharmonicon! . Kick comes from #Kick2 and the nice bassline is done with @Ableton #Operator and some nice effects 🎹 . While preparing and organizing release related stuff is taking some time (especially when you do it on your own the first time) I want to share this nice picture with you! . It’s part of an awesome series of shots using either double exposure or long time exposure. Martin had some really nice ideas here 📸 @momentesindeinmalig . For this one, I moved a bit from left to right and tried to stop in two moments to have the face sharp twice in the picture. Everything within 2-3 seconds. It was a bit of a gamble, but most of the pictures turned out cool 😎 . Well, I hope that I can reveal something artwork related in the near future, but things just take as long as the take at the moment⏳ .
