I love acting, I love writing, I love directing, I absolutely love making movies but what I also love is helping other actors, filmmakers, or crew members find work by recommending them to filmmakers I know because I was once that person a few years ago when I started out in the KC film community, I started out being recommended by people who I met that recommended me to local filmmakers for film extra/crew member gigs and because of those people who gave me the chance and their recommendations to those filmmakers, I am making my own movies and also acting in some great films. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for giving me the chance. Cut to about a couple weeks ago, I recommend a really great local actress who I recently met on a film I was acting in that was a crew member on the film to a great filmmaker friend of mine who is casting for his new film. Yesterday, I received a message from this actress who didn’t know that I recommended her until she found out from my filmmaker friend that I told him about her saying Thank you for recommending me, that was incredibly kind of you. My point is I never forget how I started out by being the one recommended by great local talents who has given me the chance to work my way up to do what I do today, now is my turn to pay it forward to do the same and it feels so rewarding to help others out to give them the chance to shine on their own. #actorslife #filmmakerslife #ilovewhatido #filmmaker #helpingothers #kcfilm
Wanted to share a couple of screenshots from last weekend. Had to do my first real reshoot with Rachel Klewicki and Santiago Hernan Vasquez for their short film. Original shoot was mired with weather and other issues, and wouldn’t do the story or my portfolio released as is. The lesson learned is that sometimes you just need to do it again, and we did, making for a much better scene in looks and in story. Funny Kind Crazy Clever had a great premiere at KC Film Fest this weekend but unexpectedly there were some people there who watched the film who came up to me after the screening and said that they loved my performance as Mike and they can’t wait to see more of what I do. Is there more? You bet there is! Funny Kind Crazy Clever which is my 3rd Wild Horses Productions role is currently in its film festival run right now, not sure when it will be released to the public but expect an update of its release in the near future. Alan Jones Part Two which I reprise my role as Officer Kincaid in will hopefully be available to stream on Amazon Prime soon. My latest short film directorial effort which I’m very excited for everyone to watch is called The Will and it has been submitted to a few film festivals this year, hopefully it starts its film festival run soon. And finally, a film I recently wrapped in my first leading role in a feature film and also my 4th Wild Horses role called Fellowship is now in post production. A film I’m also really excited for you all to watch! Pada 2 April, seorang sumber dari SHOWBOX, perusahaan produksi dari "Delusion" berkata, "Diskusi tentang kemunculan Ryu Jun Yeol dan Han So Hee sedang ditunda. Produksi 'Delusion' akan tetap berjalan." Menanggapi kabar tersebut, akhirnya agensi Ryu Jun Yeol, C-Jes Entertainment, pun ikut memberikan konfirmasinya. "Ryu Jun Yeol sedang di tahap awal dalam mempertimbangkan kemunculannya di 'Delusion', dan benar bahwa tim produksi meminta bahwa kami tidak melanjutkan diskusi (atas keterlibatan Ryu Jun Yeol membintangi sinema tersebut).
