Mirrorless camera are good, but the miss the CLACKKK. So I sporadically I shot with my first camera, a film #Nikon #Fm2n. And in this case I screwed up the #kodak #Trix400, probably leaving the camera and film twice in a luggage flying from Rome to Bergen. The output is this marmorized effect, unwanted. The Staff at @totostasi fantastic boutique asked me how I did that wonderful artistic effect 😎, when I asked my film to be scanned. I went through digital archives this evening working on a portrait project. In the process, I came across two images that have never been printed, let alone seen. Other photos from these rolls (both were shot on film) have been shown. In both cases, it’s been at least five years since the photos were made. I was pleased that both portraits held up these many years later. The color image of Milan in the Marshall Islands was captured on Fujifilm Pro 400, a wonderful emulsion now sadly no longer made. The camera was a Rolleiflex 2.8F. The monochrome image of Bree in Honolulu was captured on Kodak Tri-X loaded in a Nikon F100 with a Nikkor 85mm F1.8D lens. #filmphotography #marshallislands #hawaii #nikonf100 #rolleiflex28f #kodaktrix #portraits
