Happy Monday, dear friends! In order to have truly high performing teams, we must always remember the following five steps: 1) We need to build trust in the team. No team can be truly healthy and high performing without trust as the foundation. 2) The team needs a safe way of dealing with conflicts as they occur: Healthy teams talk about conflicts and use them as opportunities to learn and grow. 3) The team needs commitment; even after conflict, the team needs to be able to compromise and go for the solution that is overall most beneficial. 4) Accountability: The team needs to hold each other accountable for contributing their share and in regards to the social rules of the team. 5) Attention to the goals, targets and vision: The overall goals must stand above personal political agendas for a team to be truly high performing.
