【自作】ｲﾝﾃｰｸﾏﾆﾎｰﾙﾄﾞ ① 1/20 ﾆﾁﾓ製 ｽﾘｰｷｬﾌﾞﾛｰﾚﾙに付属のｷｬﾌﾞﾚﾀｰをﾚｼﾞﾝ化し、ｼﾞｬﾊﾟﾝのｴﾝｼﾞﾝに取付るのですが、そもそもﾛｰﾚﾙのｷｯﾄ付属のｴﾝｼﾞﾝに取付したとしてもｴﾝｼﾞﾝﾌﾞﾛｯｸにﾀﾞｲﾚｸﾄ取付なのでｲﾝﾃｰｸﾏﾆﾎｰﾙﾄﾞの再現はなし。。。 それに成型の都合だとは思いますがｷｬﾌﾞﾚﾀｰが3つ並んで一体化されてますが、本来は分離されてるので切り離しが必要です ｴﾝｼﾞﾝ製作から始めてますが、ﾃﾞｨﾃｰﾙ上げたいので完成まで結構時間かかりそうな予感です 画像①枚目 左:ｲﾝﾃｰｸﾏﾆﾎｰﾙﾄﾞ•ｷｬﾌﾞﾚﾀｰ分離加工 右:ﾍﾞｰｽのﾚｼﾞﾝ製ｷｬﾌﾞﾚﾀｰ 画像②枚目 ﾌﾟﾗ棒に角度つけて適度な長さにｶｯﾄ 画像③枚目 強度を保つ為、ﾚｼﾞﾝ製ｷｬﾌﾞﾚﾀｰの突起部に差し込みが出来るようﾌﾟﾗ棒側にﾋﾟﾝﾊﾞｲｽで穴開け 画像④枚目 加工しやすいように3番4番のｼﾘﾝﾀﾞｰからｶｯﾄしたﾌﾟﾗ棒を合わせ、切り出したﾌﾟﾗ板に開口したﾌﾟﾗ棒をはめ込んで固定、固定にはｷｬﾌﾞﾚﾀｰがﾚｼﾞﾝ製なので瞬間接着剤使用 画像⑤枚目 次に2番と5番のｼﾘﾝﾀﾞｰ固定の為、切り出したﾌﾟﾗ板をｶｯﾄし、角度考えながらﾌﾟﾗ棒はめ込む形状に削り出し 画像⑥枚目 2番と5番のｼﾘﾝﾀﾞｰにﾌﾟﾗ棒固定 画像⑦枚目 2番と5番のｼﾘﾝﾀﾞｰ固定に使用しているﾌﾟﾗ板の両ｻｲﾄﾞを丸く、ﾊﾟｲﾌﾟに馴染むように削ります ｺﾞｯﾄﾞﾊﾝﾄﾞのｴｯｼﾞ出しﾔｽﾘの上で作業しているのはｲﾝﾃｰｸﾏﾆﾎｰﾙﾄﾞに角度つける為です 画像⑧枚目 1番と6番のｼﾘﾝﾀﾞｰにﾌﾟﾗ棒固定してｲﾝﾃｰｸﾏﾆﾎｰﾙﾄﾞ完成 画像⑨枚目 ｷｬﾌﾞﾚﾀｰの繋ぎ箇所をｶｯﾄし分離、削り出し ｷｬﾌﾞﾚﾀｰも完成 #120scale #スカイライン #ジャパン #c210 #skyline #skylinejapan #インテークマニホールド #キャブレター #実車コピー #プラモデル #街道レーサー #街道レーサーモデリング #改造車 #族車 #車高短 #モデルカー #カスタムカー #widefender #stancenation #japanesestyle #kaidoracer #shakotan #bosozoku #modelcar #124scale #124jdm #124stance #tamiya #aoshima #fujimi
