In February, single-family home sales rose by 3.5%, with median sales prices jumping 8.9% year over year. Condos and townhomes weren’t far behind, with sales up by 2.8% and median prices climbing 6.8%. 📈 Excitingly, new listings have surged, reflecting a healthy and dynamic market. Single-family home listings increased by 26.6%, while condos saw a 15.1% rise. Moreover, 23% of single-family homes and 18% of condos closed above asking price—a clear sign of a competitive market. 🏢💼 Oahu’s real estate is hotter than ever, making it an excellent time for buyers and sellers to explore their options.
