The cowboy hats and fanny packs were out for Nehlsen Dive Club! This year’s spring anniversary outing took the Nehlsen crew deep into the depths of some of America’s finest dive bars. The team met at the Sanchez house, where Ashley had breakfast ready before the expedition. A limo rolled up, the crew loaded up and we rolled out for adventure! This year’s Dive Club route included stops at BS General Store, Lady Di’s Parkview Inn, the Wunder-Y and Cedar St. Inn. Thanks to all of these amazing venues for their hospitality. We start with Yoga plus Reiki (if desired) and end with a soothing sound bath. In Yin Yoga we will remain in the poses longer than in a typical yoga class, but in a less strenuous position. By lingering in relative stillness in the poses: You nurture the deep tissues of our bodies including the fascia. By reaching the fascia you will bring oxygen & nutrients to the body, as well as release toxins that have been stored.
