Claim a title of the week is sold out in less than 4 hours... when you know they cap 1 book per customer when a book has significance or speculative price potential as well as know they buy plenty of said issue when the last's month one is still on the hurry up last chance section ( #iykyk) 2. Then the very next week has said issue available for purchase for double the price... what you magically found inventory, and we're not following the 4 week rule now? Come on... be better. Don't do that to your day one customers since they brought you to where you are today... cause there are other ways to get books now and other shops looking for that loyalty. #FoodForThought #comicbookcollectors #comicbookcommunity

A little catchup for #newcomicbookwednesday folks; Alot has happened in the kast few weeks from a positive to a shifted spine, slumlord court and my Beautiful Aunt being diagnosed with seems to be the 'family illness'. So maybe if it was never clear before why comics... this is just a small part of why.... Comics for me has always been not an escape but the pause button from life where throughout my ages I could go somewhere else as a kid who didn't have everything or the cool stuff (for the most part) or was simply the cool kid. It elevated to me developing an ability in art and kinda provided me another path in what my life can be. I will never tell you that comics are an absolute escape but it helps and hopefully inspires to take on those supervillain problems & issues you face in life. It's also a shoutout to all you fans, followers and folks in the community who lives this as well to share likes, dislikes and alternatives to what's shown. A comic community... I've still been collecting my select comic titles and it's about time I shouted them out! I've been looking forward to all of these titles and I'm so happy to have these in my collection. All of the artists, writers, creators and all involved killed it with these books and bringing them to life! β¦οΈβ¦οΈβ¦οΈβ¦οΈβ¦οΈ The Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy series is genius and love the story and especially these covers. I'm always happy to support the amazing @dawnmcteigue and buy her covers. She liked it with her issue one covers of Harley and loved watching her bring it to life on @twitch stream. β‘οΈβ‘οΈβ‘οΈβ‘οΈβ‘οΈ The Flash Forward series just started but I'm so happy it's here. Any chance to have the ultimate Flash team of @norm_rapmund and #brettbooth drawing the flash again and I'm all in!! The art is incredible and the story is of to an amazing start! I love these covers to the second issue of Harley and Ivy. @artofwarrenlouw killed it and these covers are fantastic! πππππ Certainly last but not least it's the release of Rwby #1. When I learned this was happening, I was so excited and immediately contacted my local comic book store to put it on reserve especially the variant cover by the awesome @jimlee The book is great and weaves seamlessly with the anime series! My haul for this week and I've already burned through them while at the lab, Shhh!π€« There were a couple of surprises this week like seeing the amazing art and inks of #brettbooth and @norm_rapmund in the Harley issue, loved that. And I picked up the Wolverine issue specifically because of the awesome cover art of @toddnauck. Such a fun cover and I was not expecting this cover. The Harley issue is amazing cover to cover with so many artists and creative talent coming together to celebrate one book. Love seeing such artistic collaboration! Still Loving the life of Captain Marvel series.
