Finally got to cook Thanksgiving with a set of double ovens and baby, I got them filled up! Today we had ham, turkey (not pictured), sweet potato soufflé, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole (thanks Cole) squash casserole, dressing (thanks Betsy), Mac & cheese, and yeast rolls, as well as Atlantic beach pie, pecan pie, and banoffee pie for dessert. Hello and Happy Thanksgiving! Thought it might be a good time to introduce myself. My name is Eila (pronounced eh-LAH) Voloshen. I’ve been in real estate since 2015 and love it. I love working with people of any budget, helping them find the home that’s right for them. Real estate was a surprise! When I was a SAHM we purchased our first home for $80,000 in NE Durham. This is all we could afford at the time. This purchase sparked my interest in real estate. In fact, I ended up completing my real estate class 5 days after we closed on our house! Three years later that house became our first rental property when we bought our current home. We have since sold that house and bought 3 beach vacation homes that we rent out on Airbnb. Shark teeth anyone?! 🤩 We’ve been visiting NC beaches for 9 years but it wasn’t until our first visit to North Topsail Beach @theseasaltstay that we found not one, but 8 shark teeth! And I geek out about it every time lol. It’s honestly one of our favorite things to do with the girls, or by ourselves, stroll the beach and find shark teeth. They are plentiful on Topsail Island, specifically steps from our condo.
