スパルタン頑張るモチベについて 大学の時は週に5日、朝6:00-8:00まで走り回り、ぶつかり合い、殴られまくる生活をしてた。 集合遅れたら罰走やし罰金やしやったけど、ラクロス好きやったし仲間もいたして4年間続けられた。 結果最後の大会で中四国地区優勝。 優勝した時はまだはっきり映像で思い浮かべられるくらい覚えてる。 4年間やり切った！って自分の中ではフタしてしまってたけど、自分の力ではないし、1st setやったのにリーグ通してチームに貢献できてない自覚はあった。 完全に同期と後輩のすごいやつの力とかその活動を支えてたマネージャーのおかげで、自分は何に貢献した？って考えてもほんまになんもない。 今までで1番キツかった環境でチームとして結果は出せた。 やけど、そこに自分はいない感覚がずっとある。 その違和感がきっかけで自分が主体的に行動起こして積み重ねて結果を出すって経験がずっと欲しかった。 そんな中で偶然流れてきたスパルタン。 近くに住んでた大学の部活の同期と興味本位で出てみたら死ぬほどしんどい。 まず走るのきらいやったし。 せやけどめちゃくちゃしんどいこの競技で自分が納得する結果出せたら、今まで心の片隅にあった大学ラクロスでのモヤモヤを払拭できるかもしれへん思った。 —————————————- そんなこんなな理由で私は競技しとります🏃 これが全てではないけど競技を続ける上での大きなモチベーションであることは間違いないです。 たまに自分が競技を始めるきっかけとかを思い出したらやる気が再燃しますよね🔥 そのための投稿です笑 まぁこんな理由もありますが、今は楽しむこと第一でいろんな競技もやってみたいって感じなんで練習とかレースとかいっぱい誘ってください👏👏 #lacrosse #japan #chiba #tokushima #orangesunshine #spartan #spartanrace #training #fitness #exercise #筋トレ

On a Sunday afternoon, while waiting for our takeout from Keng’s In, Doug had a friendly chat with Keng. They discussed where they lived before La Herradura, Keng’s travel aspirations, and Doug’s passion for music. Inspired by their conversation, Doug offered to share music playlists and travel tips with Keng. As Keng finished preparing our order, he asked Doug if he liked fresh fruit. Then as he handed Doug our order, he surprised Doug with a bag of fresh oranges and avocados from his garden. 【有休制度とは？】 有休制度とはその名のとおり、リフレッシュのために練習を休んでもよい日のことです。 例えば12月~3月までで計6回というふうに一定期間内に決められた回数までは休むことができます😆⤴️ その有休を使ってイベントに行ったり、旅行に行ったり、家でゴロゴロしたりして気分をリフレッシュし、次の練習からまた頑張ることができます❕💪 有休制度をとり入れてる部活は多くないはず？！ メリハリをつけながら、プライベートも部活動も充実させよう！！ #ラクロス #lacrosse #orangesunshine #PRIDE #春から徳大 #春から徳島大学 #新歓
