Other Half/Side Project collab Decennial We are celebrating a shared 10th Anniversary with our friends at Side Project by releasing this beautiful blend of both Other Half and Side Project bourbon barrels. We added Cloud Cover Honduras Natalie Piñeda coffee, hazelnuts, caramelized hazelnut paste and vanilla. A pretty decadent Anniversary blend! I always have a fear that sweetness explodes when some nutty adjuncts are involved, but actually coffee thick greasy smooth texture was dominating. Notes exactly of hazelnut paste, fresh fruity coffe beans, umami, liquorice, some sweet vanilla and light warming bourbon. A tad more barrel presence and power would do this one a great coffee/hazelnutcoffee stout! I also missed some kond of a wow effect for even better total experience! Side Project have also released their version of this beer, in which a stout aged in both bourbon and rum barrels was used... The IIPA utilized hand selected blended hops. second half and later, felt dead grassy taste, it seems nz hops.. The IIPA has been packaged on Apr 15th in their brewery in NYC, U.S. its extremely fresh. I got the rare beer from Michi of my beer friend who imported personaly. Kampai ! アザハがリリースしたトリリウム、モンキッシュとのコラボヘイジー。Most Likely Succeed DDH IIPA。 ビッグネームとのコラボですね。 8.2%アルコール。 優しいテイストでキレがありますね。 ホップは、ハンドセレクトしたものをブレンドしているとのこと。後半、くぐもった枯れ草テイストも感じれたので南半球系のホップも活用しているのではと思いました。 現地NYCで4/15にパッケージされたばかりの超絶フレッシュな逸品。 Michiさんに希少な個人輸入品をわけていただきました。 カンパイです !
