Choosing a guitar is very difficult. I thought I knew my preferences. I was sure that my favorite guitars were Les Pauls, about 4kg, with thick necks, made between 1999 and 2011. However, there are individual differences due to the neck angle and wood. I don't like light guitars and guitars with thin necks, and I don't like guitars with necks that are too thick. If you choose a guitar based on the criteria I've used up until now, you may find out after buying it that it's not your favorite. That's because the feel and tension of the guitar are also important factors. There's no doubt that the most important thing is the tone. Guitars are made of wood, and there are many individual differences. I've recently come to think that finding a guitar you like is a miracle.
