Pappad stir fry/ പപ്പടം തോരൻ. ഒരിടത്ത് ....ഒരിക്കൽ... ഒരീസം.... ഒരു മിനിറ്റ് കൊണ്ട് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ ഒരു കറി..പപ്പടം കൊണ്ടൊരു തോരൻ. Such an easy peasy recipe..Much easier than the 2 minutes Maggi noodles 😁 Heat oil in a pan , add mustard seeds and urad dal, when it starts to splutter, add dry red chillies, asafetida, curry leaves , sliced shallots n salt and saute for a minute. When onion gets cooked, add grated coconut and saute for another minute. Finally add crushed fried pappadam and mix well. Serve as a side dish with rice.
