#boyMom turned girl Nanny/Auntie … #boyDad turned soft Sunday ~ Sundaze ~ 🌞Day We decided to leave the empty nesters phase for the day and gather two of our babies. We would have had 3 but one niece took sick. Anyways … so yeah! I felt like a mom again. Yall remember my boys and I used to be outside. I always found fun stuff for them to do that was low cost but consisted of new experiences and outside! We were supposed to do YOGA but time pushed us back (next time yoga is happening with my little ladies) • Grocery store stop for bread to start the day • Beignets and playground time in City Park (NO phones) • Beautiful mile walk through City Park to feed the ducks. It was both of their first time feeding the ducks. What joy!!! • Went to the house for a quick break to grab daddy and play with Lucky! Gymnastics occurred and of course TIKTOK! • Afternoon spent at The BIG Bounce Adventure held at UNO (3 hours) • Went back to the house for some batting cage time and they enjoyed it so much! #futureSoftballPlayers • Dinner at Lit Pizza was wonderful. Dined outside in the amazing Sunday air • Asleep: Mission Accomplished Conclusion Convo: we enjoy being empty nesters. We enjoy taking the girls out. We enjoy taking them back to their parents. We enjoy the day ending and us not having to give baths and prepare them for school and all the extra shit that has to happen after a long day out. We enjoy being empty nesters! I also concluded on my own that daddy needed a girl. I wish I would have given him a girl. My life would have been so different. [사투리 주의, 직관적 단어사용 주의, 급하게 쓴 장문글 주의] 🤣🤣🤣 소셜을 출 때 절대 조언을 하지 않는다는 룰을 잘 지키면서 살고 있습니다. 나와 춤춰준 리더에게 감사 표시만 합니다. 간혹 이 리더는 이 부분만 조금 더하면 휠씬 좋겠다 하는 때도 있지만 입 밖에는 안냅니다. 최근에 센슈얼바차타에 주크무브가 대거 유입되면서 많은 분들이 이 부분을 배우고 소셜에 적용하는 모습을 보고있는데요, 그 부분으로 약간의 팁을 드리고자 리더분들께 몇자 적습니다. --- 헤드무브와 틸트턴을 리딩할때는 이 무브의 시작과 끝이 어디일까를 꼭 생각해보는 시간을 가지셨으면 합니다. 팔뤄가 체스트와 헤드로 써클을 만들고 있을 때는 무브의 끝까지 기다리시면 완성도가 높아집니다. 다음 무브를 생각하면서 춤을 추다가 충분히 기다리지않고 동작이 넘어가는 경우를 빠에서 정말 많이 보고있습니다. 써클을 그리도록 신호를 줬다면 그 써클의 완성은 팔뤄가 하는 것입니다. 팔뤄가 동글뱅이 무브를 완성하도록 기다렸다가 다음 무브로 넘어가주시와요. --- 동글뱅이는 신호만 주면 됩니다! 제발 다 돌려주려고 하지말아 주셔유. 서로서로 기다리는 춤을 추면 좋겠습니다. 팔뤄는 리더의 신호를 기다렸다 움직이고 리더는 팔뤄가 헤드무브를 마무리하도록 기다려 주세요. 그리고 베이직을 뭉개는건 네버 노노. 바차타를 추려는건지 주크를 추려는건지 선택해주셔야 팔뤄가 헷갈리지 않습니다. 분명 음악은 바차타인데 상체는 주크이고 하체는 베이직 없는 어떤 춤인걸 보면 이거슨 무엇인가 싶습니다. 춤의 장르가 언제나 서로 섞이고 영향을 주고 발전해 나가니, 즐기는 우리들은 재밌으면서도 어렵습니다. 새로운 무브를 배워서 소셜에 적용하는건 노력과 시간이 필요합니다. 공휴일 전날 홍대 부에나에서 바차주크 오픈강습이 있습니다. 부에나에서 강습비가 지원되니 매너음료로 참여하실 수 있습니다. 제대로 된 헤드무브의 궤적과 틸트의 각도에 대한 이해도를 높일 수 있는 좋은 기회이니 많이들 오시면 좋겠습니다. 결국은 강습 홍보지요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ 그치만 원리적인 부분으로 꼭 짚고 넘어가야 하는 부분입니다. 4월 9일(화) 저녁8시 부에나로 오세요. #홍대부에나 #부에나 #바차주크 #오픈강습 #무료강습 #kzouk #koreazouk #zoukkorea #케이주크 #coupledance #couple #zouk #bachazouk #zoukchata #salsa #bachata #kizomba #brazilianzouk #paran #살사 #바차타 #키좀바 #쥬크 #주크 #파란
