In celebration of International Day of People with Disabilities/ International Disability Day I thought I'd go through the archives of the last 14 years to find some old school bangers of @connectivetraildisorder from his performing years and some of the more recent bike days. Some disabilities are invisble, Matt lives with a handful of them. He's Autistic, has PTSD and Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome amongst other things. Spend a whole day with him and they arent so invisble but for a few hours on the bike, you probably wouldn't notice. I've been there through the highs and lows of navigating the world and living with these disabilities, its not been an easy ride but his strength throughout it all is pretty amazing. It would be a much nicer place if people were less judgemental and more understanding of others. We don't know the story or struggle of the people we meet. Act with compasion, judge less.
