Having Impact Versus Being Liked. ❤️🔥 Making yourself palatable for everyone often means watering yourself down. I am not here for everyone. And neither are you my love. This lesson has been an ongoing one for me. It’s one I go into with clients as many are often recovering people pleasers and perfectionists. Over the years, I have lost followers and friends. What does this PROVIDE for you and how does it make you feel? The Space Between Dreams and Reality ✨ Recently, I decided to throw away old journals from years ago. I held on to them so that I could read them later and look back on how I had grown and changed. As I skimmed through the pages… old memories flooded back. I remembered how determined I was to heal my relationship with body after birth control had completely wrecked it. I remembered how committed I was to healing my wounds around family, love, and men. I remembered how I envisioned this small business I have now. I remembered how I TRULY started to take care of myself to cultivate deeper vitality and wellness. The journals were filled with pain and struggle but there were glimmers of hope. I wrote down visions of what I wanted life to look like. My dreams translated into words- almost like guidebooks or blueprints. Now looking back, I can see how much I have grown. I also see how messy the process was at times. Many of my most important dreams became reality though. I healed my body and found vitality again. I nourish my body, mind and spirit every single day. I found love- both within and in a sweet and handsome man. My business became reality. But what we do in those spaces between dreams and reality is important. I wish I would have sought support outside myself earlier. Later, I did and that made a huge difference. This is why I love the work I do. With the life and professional experience, tools, methods and healings I have gathered over the years… My clients learn the best actionable and sustainable tools for them. We create their own personalized journeys so they become their own best healers. They transform and flourish in this heart activating experience. Dropping the masks 🎭 I care less and less about showing up as polished or perfect now. I can’t possibly be it all or know it all.
