Monday needed a boost today and look no further than the bag I was kindly gifted (fair exchange is no robbery) by @ravecoffee during the @londoncoffeefestival Now I’ve got a bit off piste with this review as this coffee has obviously been roasted a little darker for espresso and for a broader market appeal. I don’t want to keep bleeting on about bitterness and darker roasts like a medium roast martyr and so rather than cup this, I’ve gone for a more hollistic approach and smashed it for flat whites and lattes basically. As a result there is no score out of 100 but there is a review and I’ll be getting to that quite shortly. Bittersweet chocolate notes plenty of body and the slightest hint of cherry. In milk the roast profile helps it along as those flavours soften with some almondy marzipan vibes creeping in. Alors qu'il œuvre sur la scène carolo, une qualité transparait dans ses sets : l'adaptation au public. Il tire son bonheur de l'énergie transmise aux gens et leurs réceptivités à son art. En 2022, un élément vient changer le parcours de Jérémy : la découverte de l'Afro-house. Ce style solaire, envoutant et percutant représente tout ce qu'il a toujours chercher en tant qu'artiste. Il prit alors un virage à 180° pour arborer le nom de " JAM " Fort de son expérience et de sa renaissance, il commença à transmettre son énergie à travers ce nouveau style.
