Rotaract Club of Capital City, New Delhi, had the privilege of participating in a heartwarming event titled “Rangreza,” an initiative under Project RangDe conducted by the Rotaract Club of DSPSR. 🎨 This event was a testament to the transformative power of art and collective effort in illuminating the lives of underprivileged children residing at the Tribal Boys Hostel in Rajendra Ashram, Pandav Nagar.🌷 It took place over two days, on the 28th and 29th of October, and brought together over 30 dedicated volunteers who devoted a total of 8 hours each day to this noble cause.🥰 “Rangreza” was not just about painting walls; it was a canvas for hope, inspiration, and the promise of a brighter future. ⭐️ To care for those who cared for us is one of the highest honors ⭐️ Rotaract Club of Capital City New Delhi organised “Sneh- Spreading Love among the Elderly Residents” a visit to an old age home and fruit distribution under Project Khushi on 28th September 2023 at Shashiraj Foundation, Shahdara.🪔 Our recent visit to the local old age home was a heartwarming experience. 🩸 Your little share of blood can give many years of life to someone! 🩸 Rotaract Club of Capital City New Delhi organised a Blood Donation Camp under Project Rakht at Cape Town, Sector 74, Noida on 24th September 2023. 🪷 The blood donation camp began with a vision to make a difference in our community’s healthcare and to inspire people to give the gift of life. 🎁 It involved a variety of activities, including informative sessions on the importance of blood donation, medical check-ups for donors, and a supportive environment that motivated individuals to come forward and contribute. 💛 With a footfall of 100+ individuals, we collected 50+ units of blood that will undoubtedly save a lot of lives. 🍁 We also collaborated with RaC Delhi North, RaC DOC DSE and RaC Physiotherapy Scholars. 🌼 The selflessness and kindness demonstrated by our community members have left an indelible mark on our hearts.🦢 . . . . . . 🛺 Collect moments, not things 🛺 Rotaract Club of Capital City New Delhi went on a spectacular excursion organised by the Rotaract International District 3012 from 7th-11th September to Udaipur, the City of Lakes.🪷 It was an incredible experience.We explored the enchanting City Palace, marveled at Jagdish Temple’s beauty, and sailed on the serene Lake Pichola. We marvelled at the beauty of the Kumbhalgarh fort, followed by an immersive Jeep-sightseeing experience. 🐚 Amidst these wonders, we forged deep bonds, sharing stories under the Udaipur sky. Laughter echoed as we tried local delicacies and danced to Rajasthani tunes. 📚The influence of teachers extends beyond the classroom, well into the future. 📚 Rotaract Club of Capital City New Delhi, in collaboration with Nanak Ram Foundation and Rotary Club of Capital City New Delhi, celebrated Teacher’s Day through a Mega Book Donation Drive at 2 locations, namely Dhanak Paathshaala (Vasundhra), and Nirbhed Foundation (Indirapuram) on 5th September 2023. ⭐️ We successfully donated a total of 1,003 books (ranging from Nursery to LKG and UKG) to the young students of these 2 foundations as a mark of gift of knowledge. 🙇‍♀️📖 Spending Teachers’ Day with the incredible students was a heartwarming experience.
