Rotaract for Rotary Climate Action training took place on February 24 in Novi Sad, in a hybrid format. 20 members from 10 Rotaract clubs participated, with one-third joining online. Governor RD2483 Aleksandar Radojičić endorsed the training, highlighting its significance for climate actions in our district. Led by Marija Jevtić and Ana Marija Tomić, the session discussed the Rotary community’s role in climate action, featuring insights from experienced Rotarians. Topics ranged from greening activities to entrepreneurship and innovation. A workshop for Rotaract members followed, defining goals and planning future steps. Thank you to everyone who volunteered with us at Lake Arlington Gardens this weekend! During the last visit of the semester, our volunteer team continued to fill in the topsoil of the Xeriscape Garden bed with rocks. Additionally, they removed and potted the maroon-colored winecup flowers, which have been invasively growing in the bed. This visit concludes almost a year of working with Lake Arlington Native Plants & Pollinator Gardens! Aconteceu ontem, dia 28 de abril a Assembleia Distrital Rotaractiana, realizada na cidade de Presidente Prudente - SP, na UNIESP. Il 6 aprile abbiamo partecipato ad una splendida iniziativa del nostro Rotary padrino tenutasi alla scuola elementare Aldo Moro a Bologna: il progetto Orti🥬! Conferința Districtuală de Primăvară 2024 (@conferintabaiamare2024) nu necesită cuvinte multe - a fost despre recunoștință și celebrare, despre prietenie și încredere, despre noi Rotaractienii și despre oamenii pe care îi ajutăm! A fost momentul în care am celebrat cele 10 luni de mandat, dar care ne și pregătește pentru bilanțul final. A fost momentul de alegere a următoarelor momente de întâlnire și felicit clubul Rotaract Sighetu Marmatiei (@rotaractsighet) pentru inițiativa de a organiza Conferința Districtuală de Primăvară 2025, dar și momentul de alegere a viitorului - astfel o felicit sincer pe Letiția Dan, District Rotaract Representative Elect 2025 - 2026.
