SB 1.12.6 :- kiṁ te kāmāḥ sura-spārhā mukunda-manaso dvijāḥ adhijahrur mudaṁ rājñaḥ kṣudhitasya yathetare ___________________________________ There are two things in the world which can satisfy living beings. When one is materially engrossed, he is satisfied only by sense gratification, but when one is liberated from the conditions of the material modes, he is satisfied only by rendering loving service for the satisfaction of the Lord. This means that the living being is constitutionally a servitor, and not one who is served. Being illusioned by the conditions of the external energy, one falsely thinks himself to be the served, but actually he is not served; he is servant of the senses like lust, desire, anger, avarice, pride, madness and intolerance. When one is in his proper senses by attainment of spiritual knowledge, he begs for the service of the Lord and thus becomes happy without being illusioned further by so-called material happiness. The whole material world is full of hungry living beings. The hunger is not for good food, shelter or sense gratification. The hunger is for the spiritual atmosphere. Otherwise, "Why the people who are most sumptuously materially satisfied are still hungry. What is their hunger and poverty?" This hunger is actually for spiritual food, spiritual shelter, spiritual defense and spiritual sense gratification. These can be obtained in the association of the Supreme Spirit, Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa, and therefore one who has them, cannot be attracted by the so-called food, shelter, defense and sense gratification of the material world, even if they are relished by the denizens of the heavenly planets. Therefore, in the Bhagavad-gītā (8.16) it is said by the Lord that even in the topmost planet of the universe, namely the Brahmaloka, where the duration of life is multiplied by millions of years by earth calculation, one cannot satisfy his hunger. Such hunger can be satisfied only when the living being is situated in immortality, which is attained in the spiritual sky, far above the Brahmaloka, in the association of Lord Mukunda, the Lord who awards His devotees the transcendental pleasure of liberation 💗
Bg. 7.14 :- daivī hy eṣā guṇa-mayī mama māyā duratyayā mām eva ye prapadyante māyām etāṁ taranti te Translation :- This divine energy of Mine, consisting of the three modes of material nature, is difficult to overcome. But those who have surrendered unto Me can easily cross beyond it. _______________________________________________________________ The Supreme Personality of Godhead has innumerable energies, and all these energies are divine. Although the living entities are part of His energies and are therefore divine, due to contact with material energy their original superior power is covered. Being thus covered by material energy, one cannot possibly overcome its influence. Both the material and spiritual natures, being emanations from the Supreme Personality of Godhead, are eternal. The living entities belong to the eternal superior nature of the Lord, but due to contamination by the inferior nature, matter, their illusion is also eternal. No one can trace out the history of his becoming conditioned at a certain date in material history. The Vedas says : māyāṁ tu prakṛtiṁ vidyān māyinaṁ tu maheśvaram. “Although māyā [illusion] is false or temporary, the background of māyā is the supreme magician, the Personality of Godhead, who is Maheśvara, the supreme controller.” (Śvetāśvatara Upaniṣad 4.10) The conditioned soul is tightly tied by the ropes of illusion. And, as a man bound by the hands and feet cannot free himself & he must be helped by a person who is unbound. Similiarly, only Lord Kṛṣṇa, or His bona fide representative the spiritual master, can release the conditioned soul. Without such superior help, one cannot be freed from the bondage of material nature. ‼️Devotional service, or Kṛṣṇa consciousness, can help one gain such release. Kṛṣṇa, being the Lord of the illusory energy, can order this insurmountable energy to release the conditioned soul. He orders this release out of His causeless mercy on the surrendered soul. Therefore surrender unto the lotus feet of the Lord is the only means to get free from the clutches of the stringent material nature. (Continued in comments :)

In the Bhagavad-gītā (9.32) the Lord says, "O son of Pṛthā, even the low-born caṇḍālas and those who are born in a family of unbelievers, and even the prostitutes, shall attain perfection of life if they take shelter of unalloyed devotional service to Me, because in the path of devotional service there are no impediments due to degraded birth and occupation. The path is open for everyone who agrees to follow it." Therefore, the only REFORMATION that is necessary in society is to make an organized effort to turn the citizens into devotees of the Lord, and thus all good qualities of the denizens of heaven will overtake them in their own way. On the other hand, those who are nondevotees have no good qualifications whatsoever, however they may be materially advanced. The difference is that the devotees of the Lord are on the path of liberation, whereas the nondevotees are on the path of further entanglement in material bondage. The criterion of advancement of civilization is whether the people are educated and advanced on the path of salvation !. "Jitendriya" means one who has full control over the senses. The senses are active parts of the body, and their activities cannot be stopped !!! The artificial means of the yogic processes to make the senses inactive has proved to be abject failure, even in the case of great yogīs. But in the case of a pure devotee of the Lord, the senses are not at all artificially stopped from doing anything, but they are given different good engagements. When the senses are engaged in more attractive activities, there is no chance of their being attracted by any inferior engagements. In the Bhagavad-gītā it is said, that :- the senses can be controlled only by better engagements. Devotional service necessitates purifying the senses or engaging them in the activities of devotional service. "Devotional service is not inaction" !!! Anything done in the service of the Lord becomes at once purified of its material nature. The material conception is due to ignorance only. Therefore, CONTROLLING THE SENSES by DEVOTIONAL SERVICE is the ONLY and EASIEST means !!! In the Bhagavad Gita, it is said that the Lord, being equally disposed towards every living being, has no enemies and no friends, but He has special affection for a devotee who always thinks of Him in love. Therefore neutrality and partiality are both among the transcendental qualities of the Lord. One may question here that if Kṛṣṇa is equal to everyone and no one is His special friend, then why does He take a special interest in the devotees who are always engaged in His transcendental service? But this is not discrimination; it is natural. Any man in this material world may be very charitably disposed, yet he has a special interest in his own children. The Lord claims that every living entity – in whatever form – is His son, and so He provides everyone with a generous supply of the necessities of life. He is just like a cloud which pours rain all over, regardless of whether it falls on rock or land or water. But for His devotees, He gives specific attention. The Supreme Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa cannot be seen by our present conditional vision. In order to see Him, one has to change his present vision by developing a different condition of life full of spontaneous love of Godhead. When Śrī Kṛṣṇa was personally present on the face of the globe, not everyone could see Him as the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Materialists like Rāvaṇa, Hiraṇyakaśipu, Kaṁsa, Jarāsandha and Śiśupāla, were highly qualified personalities by acquisition of material assets, but they were unable to appreciate the presence of the Lord. Therefore, even though the Lord may be present before our eyes, it is not possible to see Him unless we have the necessary vision. This necessary qualification is developed by the process of devotional service only, beginning with hearing about the Lord from the right sources. If hearing is from the right sources, it acts very quickly. Generally people hear from unauthorized persons. Such unauthorized persons may be very learned by academic qualifications, but because they do not follow the principles of devotional service, hearing from them becomes a sheer waste of time. Sometimes the texts are interpreted fashionably to suit their own purposes. Therefore, first one should select a competent and bona fide speaker and then hear from him. When the hearing process is perfect and complete, the other processes become automatically perfect in their own way.There are different transcendental activities of the Lord, and each and every one of them is competent to bestow the desired result, provided the hearing process is perfect. It is said that the Vedas and Purāṇas, etc., are all made to revive our lost relation with Him. По свежим следам хочется написать о путешествии Домой🧡 Запечатлеть немного словами все то, что удалось прожить за это путешествие. Хотя, похоже, таких слов просто не существует. Думаю в процессе осознания еще будут распаковываться. Это моя первая поездка в Святые места. Описать это не так то просто, т.к здесь важно слушать сердцем, которое непременно начинает плавится от той Любви, что там царит. Это не что-то умозрительное, это реальный опыт, который мы можем прожить. Легко просыпаться в 3 утра, бежать на мангала-арати(утренние службы), когда весь город мчится в Храм. Легко всегда помнить о Боге, потому что каждый уголок там пропитан памятованием о Нем. Легко заразиться этим настроением и почувствовать, что я больше чем это тело - внутри меня живет частичка вечной, бессмертной и прекрасной души, полной блаженства и знания - сат, чит, ананда. А рядом с ней - наш самый Лучший Друг, который видит и знает нас от и до. Легко увидеть, что в сердце каждого есть особые взаимоотношения с Господом, очень сокровенные и очень индивидуальные. Важно очень заглянуть в свое сердце, что я там вижу? Так мы ближе знакомимся с тем, что внутри. Это процесс самоосознания. Помните как-то рассказывала о сознании мухи и пчелы? Так вот, внешне может показаться, что вокруг нищета,грязь, полнейший хаос, если судить с материальной точки зрения. Но часто за внешним мы совсем не видим суть. Стоит сменить фокус, как перед глазами вашего сердца открывается удивительный мир бесценных бриллиантов и культуры далеко утерянной в большей части стран. Детская простота и улыбки счастливых людей. И для этого совершенно не нужны какие-то особые атрибуты или обстоятельства, лишь желание. Как говорил Шрила Прабхупада "Простая жизнь и возвышенное мышление". Ум становится твоим другом, а сердце неминуемо смягчается, столько чудес там происходит. Это удивительное ощущение единства из желания служить Единому и Полному Целому. Присутствие Господа там особенно ощущается, во всем. И ты понимаешь, что от тебя вообще ничего не зависит и мнимый контроль, за который мы так упорно держимся - большая иллюзия. Продолжение👇🏼

Today marks the 538th appearance anniversary of Sri Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. He appeared in the womb of Mother Saci. Sri Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu is Krishna Himself, who manifested pastimes with Srimati Radharani. He appeared as Sri Chaitanya for three main reasons. The first reason was to relish the greatness of Sri Radharani’s love. The second reason was to understand His own transcendental sweetness through Srimati Radharani, so He took Her mood, and the third reason was to taste the pleasure which Srimati Radharani tastes from His sweetness. These are the Lord’s internal reasons, but He also appeared to show His magnanimous nature through distributing His pure love without discriminating between gender, caste, creed, etc. He showed what pure love is – the love which descended from Goloka Vrindavan here in the form of the Hare Krishna Mahamantra. If anyone chants the Hare Krishna Mahamantra today and vows to continue chanting under the shelter of HDG Srila Prabhupada Bhakti Siddhanta Saraswati Goswami Thakur and his true followers, then they will certainly reap the result of their chanting. The end result is being delivered from this miserable and mundane condition and to enter the blissful abode of Goloka Vrindavan and be blissful and peaceful. Em vez de tentar evitar a dor, vá em sua direção. Deixe que doa ferozmente. Deixe que doa completamente, para que a ferida seja completamente aberta. Uma vez que esteja completamente aberta, a ferida começará a curar. Se evitar esses espaços nos quais sente dor, eles permanecerão dentro de você e você irá reencontrá-los novamente várias vezes. Portanto amigos, esta foi a realização que tive. Tenho problemas de saúde até os dias de hoje. Tive câncer na coluna cervical e, após a cirurgia para retirada de um tumor beniguino fiquei me recuperando no hospital e só fui para casa depois de três meses. Em seguida comecei a sentir fortes dores no corpo todo. Era uma dor insuportável. Na lombar era pior e doía muito mais. Então, fiquei mais um mês e meio em casa até o momento em que já não aguentava mais de dor. Fui a outro médico e ele pediu para eu fazer uma ressonância magnética da coluna lombar. Então o médico olhou e disse que eu havia pegado infecção na coluna lombar. Então este médico pediu para eu ligar para o médico que me operou. Ao retornar ao hospital onde fui operado o médico me internou para ficar apenas uma semana e fazer mais exames. Passei nove meses, pois havia pegado infecção hospitalar durante a primeira cirurgia. Foram seis meses testando antibióticos e nada dava certo. Eu sentia uma dor infernal e não podia nem me mover. Vivia às custas de medicamentos para tirar a dor. Continua nos comentários...
