2023.03.01 住在韓屋村 在韓國住的第二個韓屋 也是在同一個質感網站stayfolio預定的 #gowoon #sarangchae 位在北村韓屋村內 是個計程車開進來會被罵的窄小巷道 不過因為坡太斜行李太大 可能還是要被罵一下才能比較輕鬆地抵達 因為韓屋外面只有很斜跟超級斜的斜坡 下車時基本上就是在北村巷弄裡被觀光客觀賞的感覺 這裡也是採自助入住 因為同一個民宿還有另一間四人房所以有兩個門兩道密碼鎖 住在這裡超級特別 雖然離地鐵站超爆遠還要爬超斜斜坡才能回家 我們也因為時間關係無法趁機逛逛北村 但是作息卻很像住在這裡的人 只有夜色昏黑才會走上古色古香的斜坡 或是在天剛亮還沒有觀光客的時候走出來買早餐 甚至最後一天天還未亮就推著行李走下充斥韓屋的北村斜坡 韓屋整體來說偏舊 但是裡面空間很大 非常寬敞 乾淨度比起ADAM稍微弱 是夏天可能會有蟲蟲入侵的那種感覺 屋內沒有太多備品 有盤子沒有刀叉 有浴缸沒有門 不過也是好好地享受了韓屋感的一間愜意住宿 #hanok #北村 #韓屋住宿 #首爾 #서울 #북촌 #bukchon #cmeistravel #cm旅遊日記 #cm旅遊日記韓國行

Baek In-je House is a museum and cultural heritage site located in Bukchon Hanok Village's Gahoe-dong neighborhood. The house was built during the Japanese colonial era and it is a well-preserved example of modern hanok. The hanok was built on an elevated plot of land and there are incredible views of Bukchon Hanok Village from the house. Though built in a traditional style, there are many modern architectural touches. In traditional hanok, the sarangchae (men's quarters) and anchae (women's quarters), are built separate from each other. Baek In-je House has a sarangchae and anchae that are connected. There is also a spacious garden. The hanok is one of the largest remaining hanok in the city, and because of its unique history, the hanok was designated a Citizens' Cultural Heritage site and converted into a museum. ※ Baek In-je (1898 - Unknown): Baek In-je was a Korean patriot who fought for Korean independence during the Japanese colonial era. Baek was also a surgeon who devoted much of his time to studying rickets and blood disorders. 사랑채 . 오늘은 최근 인상적으로 먹은 맛집 특집. 첫번째는 방학동의 사랑채. . 평생을 서울에 살면서 방학동이란 동이 있는지도 몰랐는데 그 외진 곳에 이런 보석 같은 곳이 있을 줄은 더더욱 몰랐다. 외견 상으로는 평범한 삼겹살 집인데 예약 없이 워크인으로는 절대 못오는 곳이라고. 하루에 한 두 팀만 정성껏 준비해서 받으신다고 하는데 겪어보니 왜 그런지 알겠더라. 이 집은 삼겹살 집이라기 보다 한식 이모카세 집에 더 가깝기 때문. . 자리에 앉으니 우리를 위해 정성스레 준비한 화려한 상차림이 먼저 눈길을 사로잡는다. 이모님께서 준비하는 동안 밑반찬으로 입맛부터 돋구라고 하는데, 지금부터 먹는 건 모두 순서가 있다고. 짠지무침-더덕무침-오징회숙회와 머위잎 순으로 맛보는데 한 입 한 입 맛 보는 순간 바로 감이 온다. 전라도 출신 이모님 손맛이 보통이 아니라 아주 비상하다. 전라도 특유의 그 밸런스가 좋은 간과 식재료를 살리는 뚜렷한 맛이 모든 밑반찬에서 빛을 발한다. 솔직히 밑반찬 만으로도 소주 각1병 쌉가능각. 고기가 준비되어 불판에 삼겹살을 올리고 이모님이 함께 착석하시면 비로소 본격적으로 이모카세가 시작된다. . 단순히 삼겹살을 구워서 다른 밑반찬이랑 같이 어찌저찌 먹는 수준이겠거니 생각하면 아주 큰 경기도 오산. 삼겹살이 구우면서 고기 옆에서 더덕무침, 버섯, 다른 나물들도 함께 구워주시고, 이를 이모님의 오더에 따라 다양한 쌈야채들과 곁들여 먹는다. 여기에 쌈야채 특성에 따라 젓갈, 된장/쌈장/고추장, 마늘/고추를 다양하게 활용해서 맛의 변주를 주시는데 각기 다른 이 조합을 어찌 다 기억하시는지 감탄이 나올 정도. 쌈야채도 웬만한 쌈밥집 뺨치고 퀄리티가 좋다. 그 중 명이나물을 생으로 처음 먹어봤는데 이걸 왜 장아찌로 먹는지 의아해질 정도였다. 이모카세 중반 정도에 이르면 이모님이 비장의 무기로 직접 담근 전라도 st 김치들을 내오는데 뭔가 너무나 반칙 같은 느낌? 압도적인 비주얼에 나도 모르게 탄성이 나온다. 지금까지 조합도 맛있었는데 여기에 이런 말도 안되는 김치들이 더해진다면? 잘익은 김치 특유의 꼬릿하면서 찐한 감칠맛이 아주 👍🏻그냥 먹어도 맛있지만 특히 구우면 더 맛있다는거. 얘기를 들어보니 철에 따라 밑반찬도 조금씩 달라지고 이모님 기분에 따라 다양한 식재료들도 더 내주시는듯. 이번에는 중간에 직접 짜셨다는 들기름을 한 숟가락 씩 얻어먹었는데 기름이란 느낌이 전혀 안날 정도로 아주 가볍고 꼬소하고 산뜻했다. 이모카세 외에 다양한 단품도 하시는 거 같은데 도저히 배가 불러서 뭘 더 시켜먹을 수가 없었다. 결국 달래된찌와 누룽지로 마무리. 이모님의 화려한 언변과 진행 솜씨로 인한 엔터테인먼트는 덤이다. 음식하는 나훈아 콘서트 다녀온 너낌? 이래서 우리 부모님 세대들이 디너쇼를 가시나봉가. . 일본에 오마카세가 있다면 한국은 이모카세? ㅋㅋ 그 중에 사랑채의 이모카세는 진짜 압도적인 퀄리티를 자랑한다. 멀지만 않으면 종종 가고 싶은 곳인데, 혹시라도 북한산행 가실 일 있으면 미리 예약하고 하산 후 꼭 가보시는 걸 추천. 다만 i인 무리들과 가면 대문자 E모님이 다소 부담스러울 수 있으니, 반드시 기센 크루들과 가시길! 😅 . . . . . #먹스타그램 #맛스타그램 #서울 #방학동 #방학동맛집 #방학동사랑채 #사랑채 #이모카세 #이모카세삼겹살 #삼겹살 #seoul #banghakdong #sarangchae #samgyupsal #imokase #qrxty_eats #큐쉐린 #Qchelinguide #큐쉐린_서울
