After enquiring, Helen and Kat had a timetable and plans in place for training straight away. We had teams meetings to go through contracts and answer any questions I had. I quickly started observing classes to begin with so I could see classes in action and was supported to use the observation forms they had designed to support my practise. There was also online training to work through which I found really helpful and they set up a WhatsApp group with me to answer any questions I had.
