New Riff - I’m at a loss for words and sleep when/if creativity is involved. Makes me super sad. I’m not feeling the whole, "we're all in this together" rhetoric although I do believe we’re in this..? It’s not that bad on my end and I understand it's pretty terrible for countless others. That being said, allow me to exercise my lack of suffering by saying I'm sick of the memes and the news, which in some cases are the same thing. Most of all I’m sick of being deprived of being able to hold hands with all of you in our day to day lives. Seeing your big dumb stupid face on my phone telling me "we're all going to be okay" is not enough to satiate me anymore. I miss being able to cough into each other’s mouth and not worry about it. I miss taking a peepee and being able to trust my own hands and not wash them. I miss being able to invade your personal space and having the only select few complain, as if you were royalty or something. I miss visiting my grandparents and being able to take their existence for granted. These are hard times. Trying times. No one knows what we’re going to do or what’s going to happen and we're all saying a bunch of nonsense. Either we're freaking out or we're not taking it serious enough or we think we're sinking further into more of the Huxley/Orwell shtick. At the end of the day, not matter where you stand, I love and miss you all and hope to see you all on the other side of this whether you be slim and gaunt or with bigger bellies. I hope we can all go laughing and frolicking into public bars and restaurants touching unknown surfaces and strangers.
