This week I learned about Taiwanese breakfast sandwiches. They're a thing! I probably would never have picked this description off a menu but, it was perfect. This one was a sweet corn omelet, a thin chicken patty, lettuce, thinly shaved onion and cucumber, ketchup, mayo, and peanut butter. This little spot below the Shuishe Dam, the Tea King B&B, ( @teakingcch ) is surrounded by banana and palm trees and the sounds of birds and tree frogs.
