Finding healing through my painting. The struggle with substance abuse is real to me. Having been sober for over to 2 years I have been trying to deal with my mental health challenges through my art. Is there anyone else out there who can relate to me? The colour in my painting is hope. Without hope there is nothing. There is a lot of support out there for people like me with mental illness.
