The lack of sleep plus not having a routine at all made the whole experience even harder until I realised that I couldn’t still sacrificing those little things that used to do to make me feel good and feel like ME AGAIN 🤍 so I slowly started implementing small changes in my every day like for instance spend 10 min alone every day or going back to my morning walks , trust me , it made such a difference!! . Everything started before I moved to the Uk 🇬🇧 almost six years now . I was suffering from anxiety and also I had so many insecurities. I knew I needed a change in my life so I decided to move to another country but I was terrified as I wasn’t trusting myself and my #instincts . I then started to practice #yoga and also became a big fan of #journaling ( did I say I have a massive collection of notebooks 📓? 😅 ) . Books about Motivation or Development and Personal Growth 📚 were also in my list . . I worked in depth on myself until I felt ready to leave my country and start my new “adventure “ without anyone else but myself. I stopped prioritizing things like having a moment on my own or going for a walk or even for a bath instead of the recurrent quick shower ! The lack of sleep plus not having a routine at all made the whole experience even harder until I realised that I couldn’t still sacrificing those little things that used to do to make me feel good and feel like ME AGAIN 🤍 so I slowly started implementing small changes in my every day like for instance spend 10 min alone every day or going back to my morning walks , trust me , it made such a difference!! .
