빌라쥐 와인의 경우 레이블에 세부 밭을 기재하는 경우가 있고 기재하지 않는 경우가 있습니다. 단일밭인 경우에도 기재하지 않는 경우는 기재할만큼 밭의 명성이 높지 않거나, 생산된 와인이 밭의 캐릭터를 대변한다고 자신하지 못할 때라고 볼 수 있습니다. 실제 빌라쥐 밭의 경우 일부 밭들을 제외하고는 그 밭의 특성을 강하게 어필하는 것이 어려운 것이 사실입니다. 예를 들어, Puligny-Montrachet의 경우 Les Enseigneres 밭을 기재하는 경우들이 있지만 다른 빌라쥐 밭을 레이블에서 찾아보기는 쉽지 않습니다. 이것은 심지어 1er에도 적용되는데, Morey-Saint-Denis가 지금과 같이 평판이 좋아지기 이전에는 1er조차 단일밭을 표기하지 않고 여러 1er를 블렌딩해서 Morey-Saint-Denis 1er로 출시했습니다. 여러 밭이 블렌딩된 경우에는 통상적으로 기재하지 않는데, 두 개 이상의 밭이 레이블에 기재되는 경우 레이블이 조잡해보일 수도 있고, 전통적으로 그렇게 해오지 않았던 단순한 이유도 있습니다. 심지어 1er밭의 young vine을 강등시켜 빌라쥐에 블렌딩하기도 하기 때문에 여러 밭이 블렌딩된 경우 어떤 밭의 포도로 양조했는지 레이블에 기재하지 않는 것이 심플하고 보편적입니다. Vosne-Romanee의 경우 부르고뉴에서 가장 특별하고 고급스러운 밭들로 여겨져 단일 밭일 경우 빌라쥐 밭 이름을 기재하는 경우가 많습니다. 하지만 여러 밭이 블렌딩된 경우에는 여전히 밭이름을 기재하지 않는 것이 일반적입니다. 전면 레이블에 복수의 밭이름을 기재한 도멘을 본 적이 없었습니다. 획기적으로 2017빈티지부터 Domaine Perrot-Minot는 Vosne-Romanee의 두 빌라쥐 밭을 레이블에 표기해 출시를 시작했습니다. Was passiert, wenn man in Vorbereitung auf die Veranstaltung „Pfalz trifft Kampanien“ zuhause mit 4 italienischen Protagonisten aus Kampanien und weiteren 15 Freunde Pizza macht? Dann gibt es sehr guten Wein 🍷❤️🇩🇪🇮🇹. Diesmal ganz bewusst nicht aus Kampanien, den am folgenden Tag gab es nur kampanischen Wein. Angefangen mit Riesling-Sekt Brut🥂 von Reichsrat von Buhl, ging es weiter zu hervorragenden Weißweinen aus der Pfalz: Limit Haardter Herrenletten 2021 von Frank Schäfer, Weißburgunder 2022 und Ruppertsberger Hoheburg Riesling 2021 von Bürklin-Wolf, Kalkmergel Riesling 2021 von Knipser, Weißburgunder vom Kalk 2022 von Jülg, Wachenheimer Gerümpel Riesling 2020 von Karl Schäfer, Haardt Riesling 2022 von Müller-Catoir bis zum phantastisch gereiften Idig GG 2013 von Christmann. Der Übergang zu den nun italienischen Rotweine begann mit dem Rosso di Montalcino 2019 von Fonterenza. Danach ging es über den Valpolicella 2016 von Roccolo Grassi zum Flaccianello 2006 von Fontodi, gefolgt vom Vigneto Valeirano 2010 von La Spinetta zum Bricco dell‘Ucellone 1988 von Braida. Expectations were high given the "Les Malconsorts" plot sits directly adjacent to La Tache, is 400m away from Romanee Conti, and 600m away from Richebourg. PnP and consumed over 1.5hrs - reticent nose eking out raspberries, red cherries, strawberries, rose, earth. Not bad but still fairly young. On the palate, a little dry, and strong acidity underscore a lack of fruit intensity. Bottle not really in the right place, and kind of unclear if the passage of time will improve things.
