#Taylorfarm #salem When our really wonderful neighbors at 25 Flintlock came to me to share that they were moving and it was time for me to sell their home, I felt both sad they were leaving and excited for them. I knew without a doubt we would find another wonderful home owner to become the next to move into the neighborhood, and we did. We sold this home with multiple desirable offers for $950,000. The buyer got a really great home, the seller enjoyed a smooth transaction based on their goals and their timeline. With the marketing, I wanted to accomplish two things. 1. Help people understand exactly why my family and I chose the Taylor farms neighborhood in Salem for our family. What made it feel right? I needed to attract buyers from higher priced communities by showcasing clearly what makes this specific neighborhood so desirable, so valuable and so convenient. Emphasizing the growth in the marketplace, the local amenities, the proximity to the hot spots and the local favorite businesses brought many hopeful home buyers. 2.
