Must have quick winter food. #ofenkäse I mean baked cheese. First time to pimped up with garlic, honey and rosemary. And of course I topped it with walnuts. Oh I just love the flavour of baked walnut. 🥰 It was a really delicious meal. I am definitely happy that I tried it. Inprogress… I am hungry. The weather is just sad- and makes me tired. And I need something warm and spicy to feel okay. The tip from my Mom was tomato soup, but I do not have tomatoe paste/sauce. So let’s stick to my specialty…but add a twist. I am trying a new way of creating a spicy Hokkaido soup. I am really curious if it’ll work… My hope is to achieve a nice and special flavour thanks to the smoky vegetables. As an extra I added a small piece of ginger to the Hokkaido base. Unlike my sister , I don't plan my weekly menu, and I very rarely search for recipes online. Only when I'm craving something new, but otherwise I just throw together ingredients I like. 🤭 #crazymode However, this week I started to organize myself and life a bit. That includes conscious shopping 🛒 and planned meals. huh but it's hard. 😖 So yesterday I found a recipe: ✨Tagliatelle with spinach and chicken✨ … I found two more for next week and went to get the ingredients. When I got home, I started cooking. Oh the smell of garlic. 🧄 My late lunch seemed to be very well. But at the end I was disappointed. I followed the recipe. More or less. But the flavours were boring. 😟 I had one portion left for today, which I'd just successfully whipped up.
