I am so excited to announce that I am a new provider at The Wellness Wheel! I will facilitate a restorative class on Monday evenings (beginning January 6th) from 6-7p and a Morning Movement class on Wednesday mornings (beginning January 8th) from 6:30-7a. I also offer private individual and group yoga and/meditation classes. I will also begin booking appointments for reiki and chakra balancing sessions beginning January.
