One of my favorite characters to meet at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is Capt Jack Sparrow. I met him out in front of the Pirates of the Caribbean in Adventureland right after the fireworks show. Last night's Capt Jack was one of the best that I've met so far (between parks and cruises). I had a really great interaction with him discussing why the rum was gone. He did really well portraying and staying in 0character.
