Who out there is a fan of yoga?
I remember a few years ago when my streaming service added a three week, beginner’s yoga program. I decided to do it as I’d never done yoga before.
Four days in and I was ready to quit. I seriously wanted to stop. Yoga was challenging on a whole different level than weight training.
Not being a quitter (and telling myself it was only three weeks 🤣), I stayed with it.
By the end of the program I “got it.” I was able to see the benefits of yoga and appreciate how it challenged me.
For me, yoga is perfect for days when I want to workout, but don’t want the stress of weights or cardio. It also helps me be mindful and introspective. I find it calming.
