A little #FlashBackFriday action until I get over this cold. My hat goes off to lifters that hit the platform on a regular basis, I’m barely realizing now the lifting is just one aspect of the whole thing. I told myself I can’t afford to get sick, yet here I am coughing, sneezing, brain leaking out my nose and frustrated I’m missing training.
