Saturday Morning Walk & Run HIIT Camp Crew 🔥
Moving together is always better than rolling solo 🙌! I am grateful for having led these wonderful group of people in a workout today. They woke up and showed up, ready to go. I could hear the moans and grunts with each new instructed move, but those sounds turned into laughter and victory once they completed each and every one of them. After all of them ran their laps, they were in great spirits. That feeling was part of my gratefulness.
