Chicken Salad with Grapes and Almonds
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup red grapes, halved
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup almonds, sliced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Lettuce leaves, for serving
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, red grapes, celery, and sliced almonds.
In a smaller bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
