Kan ju bero på att man KNAPPT sett solen sen Oktober 2023. 🥴 Snart kanske våren och sommaren hittar hit till Österbotten också. 😭🤞🏽 ✍🏼 RECEPT 🗒️ INGREDIENSER: -Kyckling bröstfilé (1 st.) -Morötter (3-5 st.) -Parmesanost (1/2-1 dl riven) -Grönkål (Någon/några stjälkar) -Rödkål (En liten bit) -Rödlök (1/2 st.) -Gula körsbärstomater (1/2 paket) -Valnötter (En näve) -Naturell olja/smör att steka i, salt, peppar, torkad ramslök (På höft) Het honungsmayo; 🍯 -Naturell majonnäs (1 dl) -Harissa ”paste” (1-2 tsk) -Flytande honung (1-2 tsk) -Salt + peppar ➡️ Blanda ihop allt, ställ in i kylen en stund! GÖR SÅHÄR: -Skala och tärna morötterna i relativt stora bitar. Doppa dem först i olivolja och sedan i riven parmesan. Placera ut morötterna i en bakplåtsklädd ugnsform.
