4/27/24 Full body and cardio😅 Trying to incorporate some cardio and core into my routine, even though I hate both. This little full body routine feels like a HIIT workout to me, I was panting like a dog trying to finish it. Instead to tackling stair master I decided to do an incline treadmill walk, and that still left me exhausted. But I pushed myself and did everything, even though I did not feel like it at ALL.
Todays routine
Squat into shoulder press 3x10
Reverse lunge into hammer curl 3x12-15
Gorilla rows 4x12-15
Sumo squats into chest press 3x10-12
Db tricep kickback 3x12-15
Core circuit 3xAMRAP
Weighted marches
Deadbugs
Russian twists
30 minutes incline treadmill
