4/27/24 Full body and cardio😅 Trying to incorporate some cardio and core into my routine, even though I hate both. This little full body routine feels like a HIIT workout to me, I was panting like a dog trying to finish it. Instead to tackling stair master I decided to do an incline treadmill walk, and that still left me exhausted.
