Uma das técnicas utilizadas nas obras de infraestrutura viária da Vila dos Atletas, RJ, foi a execução de tabuleiros estaqueados, projetado pela Geoconsult. Nas divisas destes tabuleiros eram previstos aterros assimétricos, induzindo nas estacas esforços laterais em profundidade, conhecidos como Efeito Tschebotarioff. A análise detalhada do problema foi realizada por meio do aterro experimental instrumentado em escala real, idealizado pela Geoconsult e executado com apoio da Concessionária Rio Mais. Os resultados, além de utilizados na elaboração do Projeto Geotécnico de Fundações, foram cedidos para elaboração de teses de mestrado e doutorado. A dissertação de mestrado intitulada “Estudo Teórico e Experimental do Efeito de Sobrecargas Assimétricas em Estacas” foi defendida na COPPE/ UFRJ pelo engenheiro sênior da Geoconsult Hugo Ferreira França. O Projeto de Fundações, Contenções e Drenagem de Fundo elaborado pela Geoconsult recebeu da ABEG o prêmio Sigmundo Golombeck de melhor Projeto Geotécnico de 2023. O empreendimento, situado em Águas Claras, Brasília – DF, apresenta terreno com 7.200,00 m² e será composto por 3 Torres de 20 pavimentos e embasamento com 6 pavimentos e 3 subsolos, com área construída de 65.317,92 m². O projeto de contenção envolve a execução de 3 subsolos com escavação de até 11m de profundidade, sendo que cerca de 7m ocorreu abaixo do nível d’água. A caracterização do perfil geotécnico foi realizada através de investigação geotécnica compreendendo sondagens do tipo SPT e Mistas, obtenção de amostras de rocha a partir das sondagens rotativas e ensaios geofísicos de eletrorresistividade. A solução de contenção adotada foi uma cortina de estacas secantes, atirantada provisoriamente com três níveis de tirantes solidarizados por vigas de ancoragem de concreto armado e posteriormente estroncada em definitivo com as lajes de cada pavimento subsolo. As fundações foram diretas do tipo sapatas isoladas, apoiadas no siltito (NSPT>40), com tensões admissíveis variando de 6,0 a 10,0 kgf/cm². O sistema de drenagem de fundo foi concebido para limitar a subpressão na laje do 3° subsolo a valores inferiores a 1,0 m de coluna d’água. O sistema compreendeu basicamente um colchão drenante, sobrejacente a um conjunto de trincheiras drenantes. As trincheiras foram interligadas em quatro poços de concreto armado, ligados entre si, com bombas automáticas para esgotamento da água. O monitoramento das contenções foi realizado por meio de inclinômetros verticais instalado no interior das estacas secantes e a verificação de desempenho das fundações em sapatas foi realizada através de Provas de Carga com Placa. GEOCONSULT - S7 Fürstenfelder Schnellstraße - #Tunnel Rudersdorf Am 22. März 2024 wurde der #Neubau der S7 Fürstenfelder Schnellstraße Abschnitt West, Knoten Riegersdorf – Dobersdorf, mit dem Tunnel Rudersdorf, dem ersten Straßentunnel des Bundeslandes Burgenland, offiziell zum Verkehr freigegeben. 📯 GEOCONSULT bedankt sich für die gute und erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit bei allen die am Projekt beteiligt waren. Die S7 Fürstenfelder Schnellstraße stellt ein #Verkehrsinfrastrukturprojekt von regionaler, nationaler und internationaler Bedeutung dar. Sie bindet nördlich der Anschlussstelle Ilz an die A2 Südautobahn an, führt durch das Feistritz- und Lafnitztal Richtung Südosten und endet an der österreichisch-ungarischen Staatsgrenze. Die Realisierung des Neubaus der S7 erfolgt in zwei Abschnitten, West und Ost. Im Jahre 2018 wurde #GEOCONSULT mit der #Ausführungsplanung, der geologischen Dokumentation und mit der geotechnischen Begleitung für den Abschnitt West beauftragt. Der Tunnel Rudersdorf befindet sich im Abschnitt West der S07 Fürstenfelder Schnellstraße zwischen der Anschlussstelle Rudersdorf und der Anschlussstelle Königsdorf. Die Gesamtlänge des Tunnels beträgt circa 2.800 m. Die Herstellung erfolgte unter Anwendung der #NATM und ein Teil des Tunnels wurde in Offener Bauweise errichtet. Aufgrund der Tunnellänge sind zwei Pannenbuchten, sowie befahrbare Querschläge und begehbare Querschläge angeordnet. The Sphere at the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas opened this week to much fanfare with two concerts by world-renowned rock band U2. The venue, which is being positioned as the entertainment venue of the future, is the world’s largest spherical structure. Standing at 366 feet tall and 516 feet wide, it is large enough to fit the Statue of Liberty inside. The 16K LED screen that wraps around the entire structure is the largest in the world. The Sphere can fit 18,600 people and all seats have high speed internet access. El Gouna, meaning “the lagoon,” is an Egyptian tourist city created in 1990. It is located on the Red Sea in the Red Sea Governorate of Egypt, 20 kilometers north of Hurghada. It is part of the Red Sea Riviera and a host city of the El Gouna Film Festival. El Gouna has 10 kilometers of coastline and consists of 20 islands surrounded by lagoons. The town is 25 kilometers away from the Hurghada International Airport. European and American architects designed el Gouna buildings to resemble traditional rural Egyptian architecture, such as that found in the Egyptian Countryside and in Nubian villages. El Gouna specializes in watersports. There are several beaches, including Zeytuna Beach, located on its own island, Mangroovy Beach, Moods Beach and other hotel beaches. El Gouna has three main areas: Downtown, Tamr Henna Square and the Abu Tig Marina. It is basically halfway between Australia and the U.S. It lies 230 km northwest of Papeete, the capital city of Tahiti. In the center of the island are the remains of an extinct volcano separated into two peaks, Mount Pahia and Mount Otemanu. The highest point is Mount Otemanu at 727 meters. Coral reefs and a beautiful lagoon surround the island. Roughly 10,000 live on Bora Bora. Vaitape is the major town and is located on the island's western side. De acordo com o Código Florestal (Lei n°12.651/12), uma Área de Preservação Permanente é uma "área protegida, coberta ou não por vegetação nativa, com a função ambiental de preservar os recursos hídricos, a paisagem, a estabilidade geológica e a biodiversidade, facilitar o fluxo gênico de fauna e flora, proteger o solo e assegurar o bem-estar das populações humanas." Ou seja, quando uma área é definida como uma APP (Área de Preservação Permanente) as possibilidades são restritas do que pode ser realizado no território.
