********* I STRUGGLE sharing this photo😳... ... I remember taking that photo on the left for the 21day challenge almost 6 months ago, back in January . All I could think to myself was “I’m so embarrassed, I can’t believe I let this happen to me.”😱 I DREADED sending this photo to my coach (in order to enter the challenge). But I pressed on and I pressed SEND, I shared this (left photo) with my coach. 😥 I told myself 👆NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, win or lose in the challenge, this would be THE BEGINNING of my journey and WINNING was not a short term goal. 🏆 I worked out hard 🏃♀️for 21 days, I ate healthy🥗, stuck to my Herbalife shakes and stayed dedicated . For 21 days I watched my body transform as I lost pounds and inches. I DID NOT win in that challenge competition . 😑 But I WON SO MUCH MORE.🙌🏽 Because what I lost in inches and pounds did NOT COMPARE to what I gained in self confidence and self realization . I’d realized that I’d been selling myself short. I’d realized that I am stronger 💪than I believed . I had realized that I am so much more than my weakest moments and I am not defined by my falls but by the fact that I GET BACK UP. 🦹🏽 That woman on the left photo might look like weakness to some ... ... but TO ME... ...
