I have been planning a few small trips lately, so travel is on my mind! Here is a cute set that brings to mind all things travel. The dress is the Ella dress by @silversagapatterns. This was my third version of the dress, and I made the neckline come up a bit higher so it was more comfortable to wear. I also cut down the sleeves significantly to make them lay flat instead of puffed, and I shortened the dress to come above the knee. The sunglasses case is the Ellie by @unikatz.handmade, and it is one of my favorite patterns! It is so cute, useful, and very easy to sew! I’ve made almost ten of these so far! It only takes about 30 minutes to whip one up! The purse is the large size Skye Crossbody by @erica.lavenderandtwine. It features 6 card slots and a removable strap, plus it’s a great size to fit essentials without being too bulky! All these features make it a versatile and effective travel bag. I had to do some fussy cutting to get the pattern to match across the seam on the front, but the hassle was so worth it! The cotton woven fabric, vinyl, and zipper pulls used here are all from @purpledragonfabrics. When I first saw the design, I knew it was perfect to make items for my upcoming trip to Mexico, which is where the first picture was taken! Swipe to see the cute details of the stamps! I love this design because it’s fun and it doesn’t scream Disney - it’s a little more subtle.
