I cannot say enough great things about Indian Head Cove at Bruce Peninsula National Park. This area alone is worth the entire trip to get there. Absolutely amazing view! It gets busy, so I recommend going there right at sunup. There were only a handful of people out that early, and the early morning sun made for amazing photos! You definitely should take the boat tour when at Bon Echo Provincial Park. It's very informative and you get really close to the pictographs on the rock wall. This long weekend brought camping with kids in the Wilderness! ๐๐ผ๐๏ธ A total of six moms and their kids adventured at ๐Frontenac Provincial Park for our first ever group backcountry camp trip with the @outdoormummas community group! ๐๐ผ๐๏ธ๐ We hiked a total of 4.6km (out and back) with all our ๐gear on our back to get to our lakefront campsite โบ๏ธ where we spent 2 nights enjoying some of Ontarioโs best Wilderness. ๐ฒ๐ Our weekend included lots of encounters with cool bugs, a variety of snakes and other animals, dips into the lake, lounging on hammocks , exploring trails, marshmallows on the fire and so much more.
