It's no secret that the single-use plastic problem is one of the great conundrums in our current environmental state of affairs. Awareness (and action) has been happening on a grassroots level for some time, but it is refreshing to see larger companies, like @converse and @adidas, using their vast resources to find creative and more mindful approaches to how they can innovate around the plastic problem. After the success of their collaboration with @parley.tv, Adidas recently announced they will be making more shoes out of ocean plastics in the coming years.
