Well, after a day or multiple days of 👊🏽FULL SEND👊🏽, one takes a Triple D™ by spending much of the next day being still, largely horizontal, minimally productive & keeping your body temp as low as possible. _ We achieved this by doing some laundry 🧺, researching our next few destinations 🗺, screening a Nelson Mandela doco 🎥, having some afternoon wine 🍷, strolling along the beach for sunset 🌅 & finishing off with a home-cooked (read: reheated in the oven) dinner 🥗🥧🍽 #theultimaterecharge #scarymerey
