COPY CAT BODY ENERGY CLUB CHOC PB PROTEIN BITES 🍫 🥜 INGREDIENTS 1/2 c peanut butter 1 tbsp melted coconut oil Splash of vanilla 1 tbsp maple syrup or liquid sweetener 1/4 c Rice Krispies 30-40g protein powder (1.5ish scoops) For the choc: handful of choc chips or a broken up bar + a spoonful of coconut oil DIRECTIONS Combine pb, oil, vanilla and maple syrup until smooth. Add in the protein powder and krispies until combined. Form into small balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Melt the chocolate & coconut oil in 30 second increments (should only take 2-3) and stir until combined. Drizzle over the pb balls then put in fridge or freezer to set 🫶🏻

Lunch today @ferncafeandbakery first a cheeseburger and caesar salad, then the BBQ burger and fries. Followed by amazing desserts, Ginger Molasses Sammies, Cocoa Peanut Crunch Bars, and Cinnamon Rolls - truly the best vegan treats we've ever had. Brunch today @meetonblanshard I had The Full English, a spectacular mix of tofu, mushrooms, potatoes, grilled tomato, sourdough toast, bakun, sausage patty and baked beans. Also at the table was the Southern Fried Chik'un Burger with fries. Dessert was a chocolate tart and lemon tart. Food was exceptional, and the server was attentive and pleasant. Here’s how it works: Next time you visit our shop tell the shopkeep you want to purchase a community cone (or 20!). ONE SINGLE SCOOP CONE = ONE COMMUNITY CONE NOTE. They will charge you, but you won’t take the ice cream Instead, they will hand you a blank note and a writing ✍️ utensil. You write on the note who you want to claim the cone. Be as specific (or as vague) as you wish! Name names and maybe let that person know it’s waiting here for them, or even just a description of someone you don’t know who might need an ice cream. ***Nobody will be asked for ID. It is not our staff’s responsibility to ensure your community cone note goes to the right person. We are using the good old fashioned HONOUR SYSTEM to spread good vibes via ice cream .
