O'Rielly's, established in 1890, is a family run business who specialise in farm to fork beef, pork, and lamb, which are reared on their own farm. Livestock are slaughtered in their own licenced abattoir and dry aged on the bone using traditional methods. O'Reilly's Traditional Butchers is one of only two butchers in the county, which still operate in this way. Joe is a 4th generation master butcher.
