Find ur Flow = Intermitten Fasting It’s going to be a challenge at first but it’s changed my life and I’d like to share. You eat for 10 hrs a day only… that’s it ! It is an effective "life hack" I highly recommend it to actors, models, dancers and people who need to be photo ready so to speak. Or want to have the waist they had as a teenager. No eating plan, special diets. Just discipline on when to eat and when to open the fridge door look inside and say Nooooooooo. First 3 days is a mind challenge. Many studies show that the benefits include weight loss, improve metabolic health, protect against disease and perhaps help you live longer. When fasted, we get significant reductions in blood sugar and insulin levels, as well as drastic increase in human growth hormone. When u are starving for your first meal you start to feel awake, energised, dreamy, the hunger pains come and go and then you forget. You will start to crave healthy stuff. I say if you want to eat waffles, eat them… Just know you’ll be eating whole foods packed with vitamins one day because a body knows what you need when you haven’t eaten in 16hrs and will start to crave things like vegetable, well that’s my experience. Back to fasting... I do this however I don’t push for that long I don’t eat for 12 hrs or 15hrs maybe now and then…. Don’t punish yourself or you wont make it a habit & 16 hrs was too much for me, but 12 to 14 & I’m energetic & hungry for life. & skinnier than I was all of my life.
