Last weekend I visited @flagsofvalorstl at Art Hill at @stlartmuseum 🇺🇸 WOW. It moved me to tears to see over 7,000 flags flying for all the military lives lost on 9/11 and in the 20 years since. 🙏 Each flag has a photo of a fallen military member and a dog tag. Down at the bottom near the Grand Basin, there’s a special memorial for those who lost their lives during 9/11. On this last day of January, I think back to the 1st of the month when I ventured into Forest Park to kick off my year of taking my photography public.
