We’re Home °o° #ATouchofDisney was just what the name says the perfect touch to hold you over until the park’s open up again on April 30th! Hopefully we will all will get to experience the #DisneyMagic again soon! ✨We arrived an hour after the event started & didn’t experience any lines at the temperature check, security check, or at the entrance to California Adventure. ✨We made a list in advance of all the food we wanted to try using the @disneyparksblog Touch of Disney Foodie guide and it was so helpful! Our fav foods are in my story highlight ✨ Parking is included for the event at the parking structure but if you want a shorter walk and no wait to park I suggest parking at one of the hotels on the Harbor side entrance. ✨You will receive your tickets for the event & dining card at the entrance. Make sure you link your event tickets and dining cards in the app. You cannot use your dining card for any alcohol purchases and if you have more than one dining card you can only use one card at a time in the @disneyland app while making mobile food orders. ✨If you are a legacy pass holder make sure your pass is linked in the app and you will automatically receive a discount on food items when you mobile order (excludes alcohol) ✨If you want to dine at Carthay Circle or Lamplight Lounge be sure to make reservations in advance or you can be added to the mobile waitlist by scanning the QR code’s outside the restaurants. ✨Bring your ID & physical legacy passholder card (if you had a pass before the parks closed you are a legacy passholder) to receive discount on merch & also to take advantage of the Legacy passholder photo opp. ✨The Legacy Passholder photo opp is located outside of Paradise Garden Grill & you will receive a Legacy passholder magnet & pin, there was no photo pass but take advantage of the free PhotoPass throughout the park ✨The games on Pixar Pier were completely free of charge ✨ Be on the lookout for characters at the Pacific Wharf, And Symphony swings. A Touch of Disney✨ . . . . . What an insane day yesterday was LOL. I honestly didn’t even know what time they opened to buy tickets until @vampvixy asked if I was getting some! I hopped on just to get in the queue and see if I was even going to be able to. As soon as I hopped in the queue it was already over an hour wait. I had my phone on the queue window for about an hour and wasn’t sure if I even wanted to stay in but then I plugged in my charger to keep it going. About 3-4 hrs later, it finally updated to 49 min which was crazy! I don’t think you guys realize how much patience I have LMFAO. Finally able to grab that last Saturday open spot in April but as soon as I tried, they were taken by someone else. That’s what the error screenshot was! Make sure to plan which day you want to go and have backups because you only have 10 minutes to order your tickets. Can’t believe I got tickets about 4 hrs later. Insane! Hope you guys were able to get yours and can’t wait to see some of you there! If you didn’t get yours, they extended times to book them so keep checking! Wedding Talk 💍 . February kicked off wedding planning month! Last weekend Steve and I attended the Disney wedding showcase at the Disneyland hotel and it was a complete blast. We toured reception and ceremony sites, tried food and met vendors. The icing on the cake was meeting Donald and Daisy in their formal attire.
